Steve Fittery and I dug out some parking spaces for people in the neighborhood!!! Woohoo for 2 hours of shoveling! I did most of the work though, i’m obviously the stronger out of the two of us…

My brother (Chris) and I have decided to venture to the houses behind Reeve’s Field to help people shovel out their cars and driveways. Our next task is to shovel snow off of flat roofs. Should be fun;) Anyway, we’ve met some great people along the way with some interesting stories to tell…but too long to explain on a blog lol. Hope everyone is safe and warm. God Bless.

John, I am late and I do not go to the gathering but I helped my elderly neighbor dig out her car. It does fill pretty great to serve.

Almost forgot to respond to this. Lots of stories I could put here. Like how Mark Cruz led a small group in worship; everyone present appreciated that. I want to give a shout out to Trevor Hughes, who had been shoveling driveways in an adjacent neighborhood almost everyday of the week (I only helped for one of those days).
And huge thanks to Mason maintenance people, who slept overnight in a multipurpose room in the dorms to keep everything clear!
